This group could be of interest to anyone with an interest in scientific subjects.
A member of the Group selects a subject of their choice either from their own background or from an area they are interested in and gives a short talk to the Group, about 30 to 40 minutes in length often illustrated with slides or handouts.
A discussion/ question and answer session follows the talk. The Group can decide to invite an outside speaker from time to time or visit sites of scientific interest.
